  1. Ticket Availability & Price: There are 600 tickets available at a price of $120 each.
  2. Payment Methods: Tickets can be purchased by Cash, Cheque, Visa, or MasterCard. If purchasing by cheque, it needs to be received 10 business days prior to the draw date.
  3. Prize Options: Winners of the monthly Travel Gift Card draw have the option of taking the $5,000 Travel Gift Card as won or 80% of the cash value.
  4. Expiry: There is no expiry on the Travel Gift Card.
  5. Authorized Vendor: All trip winners must use our authorized travel vendor (Crowfoot Travel).
  6. Draw Schedule: Draw dates will be the first Sunday of each month starting May 2, 2027, and every second month thereafter with the final draw March 5, 2028. All draws are open to the public. This includes the eight draws of $120 prizes every second month beginning May 2, 2027.
  7. Main Draw Breakdown: Monthly draws every second month beginning May 2, 2027, will be for one $5,000 Travel Gift Card consisting of a $3,500 travel voucher or 80% of the cash value of the voucher, plus $1,500 cash, plus 8 draws of $120 each.
    • All draws are held at St. Paul’s Parish Church (1305 Main St. Airdrie, Alberta T4B 1C5).
    • The first ticket drawn will be for the $5,000 gift card followed by the eight $120 draws.
  8. Early Bird Draws:
    • December 19, 2026 Early Bird: Two $500 cash prizes.
    • February 14, 2027 Early Bird: Two Knights of Columbus $500 cash prizes.
  9. Multi-Win Eligibility: All tickets are eligible to win more than once. All winning tickets will go back into the draw for all remaining prizes.
  10. Exclusions: The Raffle Chairperson, their employees, and members of their immediate family (a spouse, parent, son, daughter, brother, sister, or the spouse of any of these individuals) are not eligible to receive raffle prizes.
  11. Age Restriction: Ticket not sold to persons under 18. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.
  12. Extension Threshold: A minimum of 300 tickets must be sold before requesting an extension of a draw date.
  13. Refunds: Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued (except as noted in Rule 11). There is no time limit for using the $5,000 prize. All draws are open to the public.
  14. Multiple Names on Ticket: The prizes shall be awarded only to one name on the ticket. In the event multiple names are on the ticket, Knights of Columbus—Airdrie Council No. 8045 and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes that may arise.
  15. Unclaimed Prizes: All prizes are guaranteed for 3 months from the draw date and will be kept in a secure location until claimed. If after 3 months the prize has still not been claimed, then the prizes or cash equivalent will be donated to an approved charity or back to the group, upon AGLC approval.
  16. Seller Directive: A requirement that the licensed charity’s raffle ticket sellers advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the tickets.
  17. Draw Verification: All draws are made from a mesh drum and will be witnessed by two elected executive members and another witness.

Crowfoot Travel Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • You can use Crowfoot Travel Gift Card(s) to purchase airline tickets, all-inclusive resort vacation packages, cruises, tours, hotels, and any other pre-paid travel arrangements.
  • Present the Travel Gift Card as payment towards your purchases and Crowfoot Travel will deduct the purchase amount from the available value on the Travel Gift Card.
  • You may continue to use the Travel Gift Card until the value reaches zero.
  • The Travel Gift Card is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to make a payment on a credit account.
  • The Travel Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  • The current balance of this Travel Gift Card can be obtained by contacting your issuing office Crowfoot Travel agent Carmela Ramiriz.
  • Use of the Travel Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All expenses over and above the $3,500 card value are the responsibility of the travel draw winner.
